摘要
介绍了采用2D断面分析内门槛饰板的装配性的方法。同时利用断面给出了装配问题的优化方案,并对结构优化前后进行了对比分析。结果表明:优化后的方案大大提升设计开发效率,有效解决装配问题,对于设计前期无3D数据阶段提供了一种校核手段,也为后续3D数据制作提供指导。
The method of using 2D sections to analyze the assembly of inner door sill trim was introduced.At the same time,the optimization scheme of the assembly problem was given by using the section,and the comparative analysis was carried out before and after the structure optimization.The results show that the optimized scheme greatly improves the efficiency of design and development,effectively solves the assembly problem,which provides a new check method for the stage of no 3D data in the early design,and also provides guidance for the subsequent 3D data production.
