摘要
海上油气田在进行减压泄放计算时,常采用Depressing和Blowdown两种计算工具,文章从二者的泄放计算原理入手,介绍了火灾和冷态泄放条件下的热传导模型以及泄放孔板处的流动状态,对两种方法的简化模型和在工程实例中的计算结果进行了分析,得出Blowdown更加适用于减压泄放计算。
Vapor depressuring calculation on offshore platform usually adopt Depressing tool or Blowdown tool.Starting from the calculation philosophy of the two tools,this article introduced the heat conduction model and the flow state at the orifice under fire and cold vent conditions,analyzed the simplified model and calculated results in the engineering examples of the two methods and finally conclude that Blowdown tool is more suitable for vapor depressuring calculation.
