一体化锚泊工艺技术的应用

摘要 一体化锚泊技术依托波斯湾油田海上施工项目,通过自主研发和创新,在软件设计和硬件升级两方面进行攻关,研究海上就位抛锚参数化设计、多浮筒多浮体工况锚泊设计、锚缆形态设计和提升作业效率的专用机具设计,内容涵盖从锚位设计到海上施工的整个安装周期。该技术经过十余个项目的应用实践,安全可靠且降本增效效果显著,具有较好的经济效益和推广价值。 Integrated mooring technology relies on the offshore installation project of Persian Gulf oil field.Through independent research&development and innovation,the key problems in two aspects,software design and hardware upgrading,are solved.The parametric design of offshore anchoring,mooring design of multi-pontoon and multi-buoy,shape design of mooring cable and the design of special machines and tools for improving operation efficiency are studied.The technology covers the entire installation cycle from the anchor position design to the offshore installation.The technology is applied in more than ten projects,and is safe,reliable and effective,which is of good economic benefits and popularization value.
