摘要
涩北气田由于构造运动和储层发育特点,形成了地表疏松、地层成岩性差、连通性好、地层承压能力低的地质特性。随着气田长期开采,地层能量衰减,地层压力系数逐年降低,在钻井过程中井漏复杂频发,漏转喷风险突出。通过井身结构优化设计以及在钻进、固井等关键环节采取技术措施做好防漏堵漏工作,通过优化设备、工艺和技术措施,落实过程监管和各项方案措施执行到位,立足一次井控,防范漏转喷风险,保障涩北气田的井控安全。
Sebei gas field has the geological characteristics of loose surface,poor formation diagenesis,good connectivity and low formation pressure bearing capacity due to the characteristics of structural movement and reservoir development.With the long-term exploitation of the gas field,the formation energy is attenuating,the formation pressure coefficient decreases year by year,the well leakage occurs frequently during the drilling process,and the risk of from leakage to blowout is prominent.The key work of well control in Sebei gas field is to prevent and plug lost circulation by optimizing the design of wellbore structure and taking technical measures in key links such as drilling and cementing and implementing process supervision and various schemes and measures,and preventing the risk of from lost circulation to blowout.
