摘要
近年来,各地区政府部门高度重视矿企安全文化建设,大力贯彻落实国家、省、市有关推进企业安全文化建设的指导意见,不断提升示范企业创建质量。同时,矿企安全文化建设存在部分华而不实,难以做到全员参与,导致职工安全意识以有效提升,制约着矿企安全发展。本文中笔者结合多年的矿企安全管理经验,分析探讨安全文化建设在安全管理中的示范引领作用。
In recent years,the local government departments attach great importance to the construction of safety culture in mining enterprises,vigorously implement the national,provincial and municipal guidance on promoting the construction of enterprise safety culture,and constantly improve the quality of establishing demonstration enterprises.At the same time,part of the construction of safety culture in mining enterprises is flashy,and it is difficult to achieve full participation,which leads to the effective promotion of staff safety awareness and restricts the safety development of mining enterprises.In this paper,the author combines many years of mining enterprise safety management experience,analyzes and discusses the demonstration and leading role of safety culture construction in safety management.
