摘要
地质灾害易发性带来的危害对生命、经济以及环境造成巨大的威胁,社会对灾害易发性风险关注和重视随之增加。面对地质灾害,防灾减灾能有效地降低灾害带来的危害,此时,风险评估与预测起了重要作用,是减轻灾害损失的重要措施与依据。通过分析地质灾害易发性的特征、风险评估与预测的方法,应用二项分布和泊松分布法对地质灾害易发性风险进行评估,通过降雨强度不同以及地貌类比法预测地质灾害易发性风险。传统的防灾控灾方法结合地质灾害易发性风险评估及预测,可以更加有效地防灾控灾。
The hazards brought by the geological disaster are threatening life,economy and environment,and the attention and attention of society to the risk of disaster prone increase.In the face of geological disasters,disaster prevention and mitigation can effectively reduce the hazards caused by disasters.At this time,risk assessment and prediction play an important role,and are important measures and basis for disaster loss reduction.By analyzing the characteristics,risk assessment and prediction methods of geological disaster,the risk of geological disaster is evaluated by using binomial distribution and Poisson distribution method.The risk of geological disaster is predicted by rainfall intensity difference and geomorphic analogy.The traditional disaster prevention and control methods combined with the risk assessment and prediction of geological disaster prone can prevent and control disasters more effectively.
