摘要
某石化公司常减压蒸馏装置分馏塔顶低温部位和加氢装置反应流出物系统存在的NH_(4)Cl垢下腐蚀,是炼油厂工艺防腐蚀的难点。由于常压塔顶低温部位NH_(4)Cl垢下腐蚀较为严重,因此为更好地开展工艺防腐蚀工作,需要知道准确的NH_(4)Cl生成温度,以便有针对性地实施注剂、注水方案。该文研究了两种计算NH_(4)Cl生成温度的方法:临界曲线法和Gibbs反应器法。
NH_(4)Cl under-deposit corrosion exists in the low temperature part of the fractionator top and the reaction effluent system of hydrogenation unit,which is the difficulty of process corrosion prevention in a refinery.Two calculation methods,critical curve method and Gibbs reactor method,were studied in order to improve the process anti-corrosion work,which was necessary to know the accurate NH_(4)Cl formation temperature to implement the agent injection and water injection scheme.
