摘要
沉降观测是大型原油储罐年度检查、在线检测和开罐检验的主要内容之一,几个标准对大型原油储罐沉降观测及其结果评价方法不统一。对不同标准中关于罐基础沉降观测及其评价方法的相关规定进行了总结:将大型原油储罐的沉降分为三类,罐基础的不均匀沉降、罐基础的均匀倾斜、罐底板的局部凹陷;对于罐基础的不均匀沉降和均匀倾斜,须采用水准仪对罐基础沉降观测点或罐基础顶面的标高进行测定。对于罐底板的局部凹陷,须用直尺对凹陷深度和直径进行测量。结合储罐工程实践,提出更加科学可行的大型原油储罐沉降观测及评价方法。
Subsidence observation plays an important role in annual inspection,on-line detection and tank opening inspection of large crude oil storage tank.Different standards may vary considerably in terms of subsidence observation and evaluation method.A summary of standard requirements was concluded as follows:storage tank subsidence includes uneven subsidence of tank foundation,uniform inclination of tank foundation and local dents of tank bottom plate.As for previous two problems,subsidence observation point or top surface should be measured with level gauge.Local dents should be measured with straightedge for dent depth and diameter.Scientific and feasible suggestions were recommended in accordance with practical experience.
