摘要
目的探讨与分析维生素B_(6)联合文拉法辛对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及机制。方法选择2018年8月~2020年7月诊治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者156例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则把患者分为研究组与对照组各78例。所有患者均给予普瑞巴林片治疗,对照组给予文拉法辛治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予维生素B_(6)治疗,两组都治疗观察14 d。结果研究组的止疹时间、完全结痂时间、疼痛消失时间与皮损愈合时间都少于对照组(P<0.05),两组在治疗期间都无严重不良反应发生。治疗后研究组的总有效率为98.7%,高于对照组的89.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-8水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆IgE、IgM表达水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素B_(6)联合文拉法辛在带状疱疹后遗神经痛的应用安全性佳,可促进临床症状的改善,抑制炎症因子的释放,提高机体的免疫功能,从而提高总体治疗效果。
Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy and mechanism of vitamin B_(6)combined with venlafaxine on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods From August 2018 to July 2020,156 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into study group and control group with 78 patients in each groups.Accorded to the principle of random envelope drawing.All patients were treated with pregabalin tablets,the control group were treated with venlafaxine,and the study group were treated with vitamin B_(6)on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated and observed for 14 days.Results The time to stop eruption,time to complete scab,disappearance of pain and healing time of skin lesions in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group were 98.7%,which were higher than 89.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The plasma IgE and IgM expression levels after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin B_(6)combined with venlafaxine are safe in the application of postherpetic neuralgia,can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,improve the body's immune function,and thus improve the overall therapeutic effect.
