摘要
自2012年以来,安徽省政府对学前教育事业发展日益重视。学前教育事业的良性发展必须从师资队伍建设这个基础抓起。本文依据国家及省市有关文件的重要精神,通过调查研究,分析安徽省师资队伍建设的意义及不适应当前学前教育事业发展的主要问题,并提出相应的对策与建议。
The government of Anhui province has attached increasing importance to the development of preschool education since 2012.The healthy development of preschool education must be based on the construction of teachers.Based on the important spirit of relevant national and provincial documents,this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of teaching staff in Anhui province and the main problems that do not adapt to the current development of preschool education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
