摘要
“辛开苦降方”是将具有发散作用的辛热(温)药和具有沉降作用的苦寒(凉)药配伍使用,治疗临床上各种病证,尤其是寒热错杂之痞证,代表方剂如半夏泻心汤、左金丸等,其治疗脾胃功能失调的相关疾病疗效显著。由于辛开药与苦降药配伍具有一定的特殊性与有效性,使得现代医家对其作用机制研究甚多,通过对经典方剂的研究发现,“辛开苦降方”发挥作用与胃肠激素、能量代谢、胃壁肌电活动、自主神经、信号通路、基因表达等方面密切相关。笔者通过整理“辛开苦降方”的现代研究进展,为临床运用“辛开苦降方”的合理性与配伍的科学性提供更客观直接的依据,为“辛开苦降方”主要运用于胃肠疾病诊治提供合科学依据,同时也为辛开药与苦降药配伍共同作用于人体时是否存在协同机制提供研究思路。
"Xin Kai Ku Jiu Fang"is a combination of the heat(warm)medicine with divergent effect and the cold(Cod)medicine with settling effect to treat various clinical diseases,especially the ruffian syndrome with mixed cold and heat.The representative prescriptions,such as Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Zuojin Pill,have remarkable curative effect on the related diseases of spleen and stomach dysfunction.Because the symplectic prescriptions and bitter medicine compatibility has certain particularity and effectiveness,the mechanism of its action that makes the modern physicians to study very much,through the study of classical prescriptions,found that"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"function and gastrointestinal hormone,energy metabolism,the stomach muscle activity,autonomic nerve,signaling pathways,gene expression and so on are closely related.The author collected"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"of the modern research progress,for clinical use of the rationality of the"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"and the compatibility of science provide a more objective basis directly,for"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"is mainly applied to provide the scientific basis of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,as well as acrid prescriptions and bitter drop medicine compatibility combination on human body if there is a synergy mechanism.
