基于Moldflow的玻纤PP对扰流板翘曲变形的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某品牌汽车扰流板为研究对象,基于可视化模流分析软件Moldflow,以注塑成型质量中的翘曲变形为主要指标,采用CAE技术与正交试验设计相结合的方法,研究了注塑过程中的模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压时间及纤维含量5个主要影响因素对塑件成型翘曲的影响,分析了不同纤维含量对塑件翘曲变形的影响规律。研究发现:纤维含量、模具温度及熔体温度对翘曲影响较显著。通过工艺参数优化,可使注塑制件翘曲变形减小,提高了塑件质量。 Taking a certain brand of automobile spoiler as the research object,based on the visual mold flow analysis software Moldflow,taking the warpage deformation of injection molding quality as the main indicator,the method of combining CAE technology and orthogonal experimental design is used to study the injection process.The influence of five main process parameters of mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,holding time and fiber content on the warpage of plastic parts is studied,and the influence of different fiber content on the warpage of plastic parts is analyzed.The study found that fiber content,mold temperature and melt temperature have significant effects on warpage.Through the optimization of process parameters,the warpage and deformation of injection molded products can be minimized,so as to improve the quality of plastic parts.
