摘要
C50海工大体积混凝土裂缝控制一直是工程施工的难点。通过优选原材料,测试胶凝材料水化放热量、混凝土变形以及氯离子扩散系数,选取最优抗裂性能配合比。结果表明,矿物掺合料能降低胶凝材料放热总量,改善氯离子渗透系数,但混凝土自收缩随着矿粉掺量比例升高而增大。综合考量,30%粉煤灰、25%矿粉时的配合比综合性能最优。工程实践应用表明,混凝土在控温及保湿等养护措施下,拆模后表观较好,裂缝情况得到改善。
The large volume marine C50 concrete crack control has always been an important issue.Through the preferred raw materials in the early,testing the hydration heat of cementitious materials,the volume deformation of concrete and the resistance to chloride ion permeability are studied,the concrete mix ratio with the best crack resistance is selected.Studies have shown that the high content of mineral admixture can reduce the total heat release of cementitious materials,improve resistance to chloride ion permeability.However,the self-shrinkage of concrete increases as the proportion of mineral powder is increased.Considering the influence of various factors,the ratio of 30%fly ash,25%mineral powder is the best.The application of engineering practice shows that under the measures of temperature control and thermal insulation moisturizing,the concrete looks good after demoulding,no obvious cracks and defects.
