摘要
现代计算机技术、软件技术、信息技术、通讯技术、影像处理技术、人工智能等新技术新手段日新月异,极大的提升了各行各业工作效率和效益,促进了行业的快速发展。本文主要介绍了高分卫星遥感技术在特高压输电工程环保水保管理中的应用,重点从卫星遥感技术应用环保水保管理中的原理、应用范围、操作流程、实施过程等方面论述了如何利用卫星遥感技术开展输电线路工程环保水保管理(含通道清理环保水保方面工作)。本文既为如何利用先进技术手段辅助开展环保水保管理工作做了有益的尝试,也为利用先进技术手段开展环保水保管理工作积累了一定的经验。最后对高分卫星遥感技术在输电线路项目管理工作中的进一步应用进行了建议和展望。
Modern Computer Technology,software technology,information technology,communication technology,image processing technology,artificial intelligence and other new technologies and new means change with each passing day,greatly improving the work efficiency and benefit of all walks of life,to promote the rapid development of the industry.This paper mainly introduces the application of high-resolution satellite remote sensing technology in environmental water conservation management of UHV transmission project,this paper mainly discusses how to use the satellite remote sensing technology to carry out the environmental water and conservation management of transmission line engineering(including the work of channel cleaning)from the aspects of the principle,application scope,operation process and implementation process of the application of Beidou satellite remote sensing technology to environmental water and conservation management,in order to make use of advanced technology to assist in the management of environmental water conservation,a useful attempt has been made and some experience has been accumulated.Finally,some suggestions and prospects for the further application of high-resolution satellite remote sensing technology in transmission line project management are presented.
