摘要
目的探讨地西泮联合苯巴比妥或联合布洛芬治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2019年7月至2020年11月我院急诊收治的84例高热惊厥患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以地西泮联合苯巴比妥治疗,观察组予以地西泮联合布洛芬治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状改善和住院时间,并记录不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组体温复常、惊厥改善和住院时间为8.27±1.12min、15.65±2.39min、8.14±1.03d,短于对照组的13.95±2.41min、19.42±2.51min、11.25±1.68d,差议有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地西泮联合布洛芬治疗小儿高热惊厥效果更佳,可缩短惊厥持续时间,加快患儿体温复常,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of diazepam combined with phenobarbital or ibuprofen in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 84 children with febrile convulsion admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diazepam combined with phenobarbital,and the observation group was treated with diazepam combined with ibuprofen.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and hospitalization time of the two groups of children were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95% in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The recovery of body temperature,improvement of convulsion and hospitalization time in the observation group were(8.27±1.12)min,(15.65±2.39)min and(8.14±1.03)d,which were shorter than(13.95±2.41)min,(19.42±2.51)min and(11.25±1.68)d in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diazepam combined with ibuprofen is more effective in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion.It can shorten the duration of convulsions and accelerate the recovery of body temperature in children,which is safe and reliable.
