摘要
目的分析静脉用药调配工作人员工作满意度的相关因素。方法采用回顾性分析法,对开封市人民医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的98名工作人员进行问卷调查,了解其工作满意度。结果在98例PIVAS工作人员中,36例分数>60分,62例分数≤60分,总体满意度得分为(64.05±10.70)分。单因素分析显示:满意组与不满意组相比,在年龄、工作年限、职称、任职方式、担心出错程度、职业损伤、社会支持、心理弹性、工作压力的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归显示:年龄<25岁、工作年限为<5年、任职方式为编制外、低/中度心理弹性、工作压力大为影响PIVAS工作人员工作满意度的不利因素(P<0.05)。结论PIVAS工作人员对工作整体满意度较低,其满意度受到年龄、工作年限、任职方式、心理弹性、工作压力的影响,应加强监测。
Objective To analyze the related factors of job satisfaction of the staff in pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Methods A total of 98 staff members of PIVAS in Kaifeng People’s Hospital were investigated by questionnaire to understand their satisfaction with PIVAS.Results In 98 cases of PIVAS staff,36 cases of score>60,and 62 cases of score≤60;the overall satisfaction score was(64.05±10.70).Univariate analysis showed that:compared with the dissatisfied group,there were significant differences in age,working years,professional title,employment style,fear of making mistakes,occupational injury,social support,resilience,work pressure(P<0.05).Logistic regression showed that age<25 years old,working years<5 years,working style outside the establishment,low/moderate resilience,and high work pressure were the adverse factors affecting PIVAS staff’s job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion PIVAS staff’s overall job satisfaction is low,which is affected by age,working years,employment style,psychological flexibility,and work pressure,so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring.
