窄腹板扩散焊相控阵超声检测工艺探究 被引量:3

Research on Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Technology for Diffusion Welding of Narrow Webs

摘要 封闭型窄腹板扩散焊精密航空构件内部带有复杂空腔,且其腹板焊缝宽度范围在3mm~4mm之间,导致焊缝内部缺陷难以有效识别。针对上述问题,本文以宽度3mm扩散焊焊缝为研究对象,分析了窄腹板结构引起的非缺陷回波对缺陷识别的影响。在此基础上,发现对窄腹板内部缺陷实施相控阵超声检测时,可采用主声轴平行于腹板焊缝检测的检出方法,通过偏转聚焦声束有效避免非缺陷结构波对缺陷回波的干扰,进而有效识别窄腹板焊缝中的缺陷回波。结果表明,使用该检测方法可有效检出窄腹板焊缝内部?0.4当量缺陷,满足航空检测当量要求。 The closed narrow web diffusion welding precision aerospace component has a complex cavity inside, and the width of the web weld is between 3 mm~4 mm, which makes it difficult to effectively identify the internal defects of the weld.In view of the above problems, this paper takes the 3 mm width diffusion welding seam as the research object, and analyzes the influence of the non-defect echo caused by the narrow web structure on the defect recognition.On this basis, it is found that when phased array ultrasonic inspection is performed on internal defects of narrow webs, the detection method of main sound axis parallel to web welds can be used to effectively avoid defects caused by non-defect structure waves by deflecting and focusing the sound beam.The interference of the echo, and then effectively identify the defect echo in the narrow web weld.The results show that the use of this detection method can effectively detect?0.4 equivalent defects in the narrow web welds, which meets the requirements of aviation inspection equivalent.
