摘要
为改进现有国家标准(HJ 1082-2019)中六价铬的提取方法,主要研究了以土壤中六价铬成分分析标准物质RMU011、RMU011a和RMU030为试验对象,利用恒温水浴振荡法提取土壤和沉积物中六价铬。结果表明:方法相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限0.2 mg/kg,相对标准偏差2.3%~4.0%,所有标准物质均在其标准值和不确定度范围内。该方法准确可靠,且可同时提取上百个土壤和沉积物样品,保证了土壤和沉积物中六价铬的快速和大批量提取,可广泛应用于日常环境监测工作中。
In order to improve the extraction method of hexavalent chromium in the national standard(HJ 1082-2019),this paper mainly studied the extraction of hexavalent chromium from soil and sediment by constant temperature water bath oscillation method,taking the standard substances RMU011,RMU011 a and RMU030 as the test objects.The results showed that the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.2 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation was 2.3%~4.0%,all the QC samples were within their standard values and uncertainties.This method is accurate and reliable,and can simultaneously extract hundreds of soil and sediment samples,which ensures the rapid and mass extraction of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment,it can be widely used in daily environmental monitoring.
