摘要
氯盐环境下钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性是沿海地区混凝土结构的一项关键指标,直接影响结构的正常使用寿命。针对混凝土结构耐久性评定标准(《混凝土结构耐久性评定标准:CECS 220∶2007》与《既有混凝土结构耐久性评定标准:GB/T 51355—2019》)中氯盐环境下的钢筋脱钝时间和保护层锈胀开裂时间模型,分析了模型解空间分布,构建了误差函数与目标函数,利用了粒子群算法(PSO)进行求解。通过稳定性、安全性、可用性3个维度对耐久性评定中的模型求解问题进行了分析和论证。实现了“小时”级的钢筋脱钝时间和保护层锈胀开裂时间评估精度,从而证明了算法的稳定性。模型求解的计算时间仅需0.3 s,证明了PSO算法针对问题的可用性。
Durability of reinforced concrete structures in chloride salt environment is a key index of concrete structures in coastal areas,which directly affects the normal service life of structures.According to the concrete structure durability evaluation standard(“Standard for durability assessment of concrete structures:CECS 220∶2007”and“Standard for durability assessment of existing concrete structures:GB/T 51355-2019”),the steel bar de-blunt time and the protective layer rust swelling cracking time model under chlorine salt environment,the spatial distribution of the model solution was analyzed,and the error function and objective function were constructed.Particle Swarm Optimi‐zation(PSO)was used to solve the problem.The model solving problems in durability assessment are analyzed and demonstrated through three dimensions of stability,security and availability.The evaluation accuracy of“hour”level of reinforcement debluffing time and protec‐tive coating rust swelling cracking time is realized,and the stability of the algorithm is proved.The calculation time of the model solution is only 0.3 seconds,which proves the availability of the PSO algorithm for the problem.
