摘要
以枳椇子为原料,采用乙醇浸提法提取枳椇子总黄酮,并考察其抗氧化活性。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化的枳椇子总黄酮提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数40%,料液比1∶50(g/mL),浸提温度40℃,浸提时间15 min,枳椇子总黄酮提取率为4.52%±0.043%。枳椇子总黄酮抗氧化性能试验结果表明:枳椇子总黄酮对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均具有清除效果,具有较强的抗氧化能力,不同浓度枳椇子总黄酮的抗氧化能力差异较大,且呈现明显的剂量效应。
The total flavonoids were extracted from Hovenia acerba Lindl.and their antioxidant activities were investigated.The extraction process of the total flavonoids was optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal design,and the optimal parameters were determined as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 40%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50(g/mL),extraction temperature of 40℃,and extraction time of 15 min.The extraction rate of total flav-onoids from Hovenia acerba Lindl.were 4.52%±0.043%under these conditions.The antioxidant properties determination results showed that the total flavonoids presented scavenging effects on hydroxyl,superoxide,DPPH and ABTS radicals,and displayed strong antioxidant capacities.Besides,the antioxidant activities of total flavonoids from Hovenia acerba Lindl.showed highly significant differences between different concentrations,which demonstrated significant dosages effects.
