摘要
作为自动化、智能化实施程度普遍不高的传统建筑企业,应反思未来建造的智能化发展路径,文章分析了智慧城市建设的情况,提出了智慧城市在道路提升项目中的应用和智慧城市与工程项目管理的关系。总结了智慧城市建造对工程项目管理的反思,同时也是应对行业内日益加剧的竞争,提升企业施工能力、安全管控和盈利水平的必经之路。
As traditional construction enterprises with low degree of automation and intelligence implementation,they are reflecting on the intelligent development path of future construction.This paper analyzes the exploration of smart city construction for many years and puts forward the application of smart city in road upgrading project and the relationship between smart city and engineering project management.It summarizes the reflection of smart city construction on engineering project management,which is also the only way to cope with the increasingly intensified competition in the industry and improve the construction capacity,security control and profitability of enterprises.
