摘要
目的观察养心定悸胶囊对帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)伴发自主神经功能障碍患者的临床疗效,以及对其他非运动症状的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月期间定州市人民医院收治PD伴发自主神经功能障碍患者116例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组58例和观察组58例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用养心定悸胶囊治疗。治疗12周后,比较两组患者统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)、帕金森病自主神经症状量表(SPOCA-AUT)、帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及感觉障碍的发生率。结果治疗后两组患者UPDRS各项评分及HAMA均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者MoCA评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PDSS评分高于治疗前,HAMD评分低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SCOPA-AUT评分中的消化、心血管系统、体温调节、总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组感觉障碍发生率39.66%低于对照组60.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,采用养心定悸胶囊治疗PD伴发自主神经功能障碍患者,可有效延缓PD病情发展,明显改善患者自主神经功能、睡眠、精神状态、感觉功能等非运动症状情况。
Objective To explore the effect of Yangxin Dingji Capsule on patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD)accompanied by autonomic dysfunction and the influence of other non-motor symptoms.Methods From January 2019 to May 2020,116 patients with PD with autonomic dysfunction who were admitted to Dingzhou people′s hospital were selected and divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(58 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yangxin Dingji Capsule on the basis of the control group.Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the Unified Parkinson′s Disease Score Scale(UPDRS),Parkinson′s Disease Autonomic Symptom Scale(SPOCA-AUT),Parkinson′s Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score were observed and compared.After treatment,the incidence of sensory disturbances in the two groups was counted.Results After treatment,the UPDRS scores and HAMA of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group is higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PDSS score of the observation group was higher than that before treatment,the HAMD score was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);System,thermoregulation,and total scores were all lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of sensorydisturbances in the observation group(39.66%)was lower than that in the control group(60.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Dingji Capsule in the treatment of patients with PD accompanied by autonomic dysfunction can effectively delay the development of PD,significantly improve autonomic nerve function,sleep,mental state,sensory function and other non-motor symptoms.
