甘草饮片指纹图谱的建立及主要成分的含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立甘草饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量标准建立以及品种优劣鉴定提供参考。方法采用HPLC法建立不同市场和不同产地的30批次甘草饮片的指纹图谱,采用多元统计学分析方法比较其含量差异,为其质量评价提供依据。结果 30批药材的指纹图谱相似度为0.940~0.999,层次聚类分析将所有样品聚为两大类,共标定13个共有峰,主成分分析结果表明3个主成分可用于共有峰的区分。甘草苷和甘草酸加样回收率的均值分别为100.34%和100.52%,含量分别为0.33%~2.20%和2.80%~8.20%。结论 该HPLC指纹图谱法和含量测定法准确可靠,可用于甘草饮片的质量控制以及品种优劣的鉴定。 Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprints of different batches of licorice pieces,and provide reference for its quality standards and quality identification.Methods HPLC method was used to establish fingerprints of 30 batches of licorice pieces from different markets and producing areas,and the content differences were compared by multivariate statistical analysis methods.Results The fingerprints of 30 batches of medicinal materials were obtained.The similarity was at 0.940-0.999.Hierarchical clustering analysis divided all samples into 2 types,with 13 common peaks.The principal component analysis showed that 3 principal components could be used to distinguish the common peaks.The average recovery of the glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid were 100.34%and 100.52%,and the content was 0.33%-2.20%and 2.80%-8.20%,respectively.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint and content determination are accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control and quality identification of licorice pieces.
