摘要
通过气氛分析技术对炉内O_(2)、CO数据实时采集,运用到加热炉自动燃烧控制模型中,以此实现加热炉自动控制过程中空燃比的实时修正。空气、煤气调节阀根据修正后的空燃比及工艺温度控制目标值,对空气、煤气量自动分配、调整,将炉温控制在工艺设定范围。该技术的运用能够将炉内燃烧控制到最佳状态,有效降低氧化烧损量及煤气消耗量。
The O_(2) and CO data are collected in real time by atmosphere analysis technology and applied in the automatic combustion control model of reheating furnace,where real-time correction of air-fuel ratio is achieved during automatic control of reheating furnace operation.The flowrates of air and coal gas are automatically distributed,adjusted according to the corrected air-fuel ratio and the target value of process temperature control by air and coal gas regulation valves to maintain the furnace temperature in the process setting range.The application of the technology can control the combustion status in the furnace to the best result,and effectively reduce the oxidation burning loss and coal gas consumption.
