摘要
杭甬复线滨海互通建设采取海上施工平台多区域同时施工方式,总体施工规模巨大。通过施工条件调查和协调沟通,确定滨海互通上部梁体结构架设方式和基础及下部构造施工方法,进而明确施工技术路线;依据施工技术路线,按照功能需求及动态布置原则,明确临时设施和施工物流交通布置;对施工栈桥、作业平台、提梁站、卸货码头等进行施工设计。用模块化的专业设计方案,依托机械化、专业化、工厂化施工方式,进行海上大规模施工并辅以动态监测,为滨海互通顺利实施提供可靠的平台基础。
The coastal interchange construction of Hangzhou-Ningbo double track line adopts the method of simultaneous construction of multiple areas of offshore construction platform,and the overall construction scale is large.Through the investigation,coordination and communication of the construction conditions,the erection method of the upper beam structure and the construction method of the foundation and substructure of the coastal interchange are determined,and then the construction technical route is defined.Based on the construction technical route,and according to the principle of functional requirements and dynamic layout,this paper clarifies the layout of temporary construction facilities and construction logistics transportation,and carries on the construction design to the construction trestle,operation platform,lifting beam station,unloading wharf,etc.Large-scale offshore construction and monitoring are carried out with modular professional design scheme and relying on mechanized,professional and industrialized construction methods,which provides a reliable platform foundation for the smooth implementation of coastal interworking.
