摘要
与传统教学模式相比,服务学习可有效整合理论学习与服务实践,促进学生综合能力的提升。服务学习视域下的社会工作本科实务教学课程,指导学生结合疫情期间的社会所需,完成了针对36名认知症照护者的线上服务实践。课程有效提升了学生的知识素养、实践能力、批判与反思能力,协助其逐步建立个人自尊及专业自信。在近距离感知社会的过程中,学生的社会责任感得到激发,进而加倍关注人类福祉与社会问题,更积极地投身于服务实践。数字化服务学习弥合了专业知识与实践技能分离的鸿沟,又是德育教育与社会主义核心价值观推进的优势载体,该优势在疫情影响下的空间隔离场景中逐渐凸显,但具体应用还依赖教学双方更高的数字化教学素养与因地制宜的智慧。
Compared with the traditional education approach,service-learning has advantages in integrating theory and practice more efectively.The practice teaching for social work undergraduate students from the servicelearning framework guided the students conducted a series of online services for 36 Alzheimer’s and dementia(AD)caregivers.The service responded to the signifcant social needs during the epidemic period.The course efectively improved the students’knowledge literacy,the practical ability of service provision,and the critical and refective thinking capacity.It also enabled students to enhance self-esteem and social work professional confdence gradually.In the process of connecting closely with society,the sense of social responsibility is stimulated and the students paid more attention to people’s well-being and attended more on societal issues as well as participated more actively in service practice.Digital service-learning bridges the gap between professional knowledge and practical skills,and it is also an advantageous carrier for moral education and the promotion of socialist core values.Such advantages are coped with spatial separation in the epidemic,but its implementation relies on the teachers’and students’digital literacy and onsite management wisdom.
