摘要
从班列集结点角度,研究了零担货物拼箱运输优化模型。通过建立考虑班列周期、转运速度以及客户满意度的零担货物拼箱运输模型,设计以总成本最低为目标的遗传算法进行优化计算,分析了班列周期和转运速度变化对运输总成本、客户满意度成本以及集装箱使用数量的影响。研究表明,所设计的零担货物拼箱运输优化方案可以减少集装箱的使用,并有效提高其装箱率;此外,减少班列发车间隔能够实现较少货物转运,降低中欧班列的运输总成本,提高经济效益。
In order to better implement the Belt and Road Initiative, we studied the consolidated transportation model of less-thancarload cargoes from the angle of train assembly points. Considering the train schedule, transshipment speed and customers satisfaction, we established the said model, designed a genetic algorithm to optimize the calculation aiming at the lowest total cost, and analyzed the impact of the train schedule and change in transshipment speed on the total transportation cost, customer satisfaction cost and the usage quantity of containers. The result showed that the designed scheme could reduce the number of containers used and improve the packing rate effectively.In addition, shorter train departure interval could mean less transshipment of cargoes, reducing the total transportation cost of the SinoEurope train and improving economic benefits.
