摘要
目的探究多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石患者的临床护理效果,以期为复杂肾结石患者的护理干预提供理论指导。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的50例复杂肾结石患者作为本次研究的试验组,给予精细化护理干预;选取同期50例复杂肾结石患者作为本次研究的对照组,给予常规护理;所有患者均采用多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗,对两组不同护理方法的效果进行对比。结果试验组护理满意度(96.00%)比对照组(78.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症率(4.00%)比对照组(16.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在应用多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石患者的过程中,精细化护理的应用可促使护理效果的明显上升,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,缩短患者康复进程。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complicated kidney stones can provide theoretical guidance for the nursing intervention of patients with complicated kidney stones.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with complicated kidney stones admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group in this study and refined nursing intervention was given.In the same period,50 patients with complex kidney stones were selected as the control group of this study and given routine nursing care.All patients were treated with multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Different nursing methods and effects were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group(96.00%)was better than that of the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In multi-channel ureteroscopy take percutaneous renal nephrolithotomy treatment in patients with complicated nephrolithiasis,the application of fine nursing can promote the obvious increase of nursing effect,the complication will be decreased,the satisfaction rate of nursing will be increased obviously,the rehabilitation process of patients will be shortened significantly.
