摘要
教学团队是高等学校重要的教学组织,教学团队建设的质量对于深化高等教育教学改革、提高教育教学质量具有重要意义。为此,文章针对应用型本科高校电子信息类专业教学团队建设策略进行探讨,认为应坚持以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进的教育理念,坚持实践导向基本原则,优化教学团队的整体结构、推动教学研究与改革、完善课程资源体系、建设实践资源体系,形成电子信息类专业教学团队建设策略。
Teaching team is an important teaching organization in the university.The quality of teaching team construction is of great significance to deepening the reform of higher education and improving the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,the construction strategy of the teaching team of electronic information specialty of application-oriented university are studied and discussed in this paper.It runs through the policy of"adhering to the student-centered,achievement oriented and continuous improvement education concept"and"adhering to the basic principle of practice oriented",and forms the electronic information specialty as a whole one by optimizing the teaching team structure,promoting teaching research and reform,perfecting curriculum resource system and constructing practice resource system.
