摘要 扬子石化1#加氢裂化装置是我国第一批从国外引进的4套加氢裂化装置之一,由于建设年代较早,虽经过多次改造,但工艺仍然较为落后,能耗偏高。应用流程模拟工具分析装置能耗过高的原因,并根据优化建议实施难易程度制定了两种方案。方案一预计降低装置综合能耗4.53 kgEO/t,方案二预计降低装置综合能耗2.54 kgEO/t。考虑投资费用、现场布置及施工工期等问题,建议利用检修机会分步实施。 In Yangzi Petrochemical the No.1 hydrocracking unit is one of the first batch of four sets of hydrocracking units imported from abroad.Due to the earlier construction period,the process is still relatively backward and the energy consumption is high although it has been reformed many times.In this paper,process simulation tool is used to analyze the cause of high energy consumption of the unit,and scheme 1 and scheme 2 are formulated according to the difficulty of implementation of optimization suggestions.The scheme I is expected to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption by 4.53 kgEO/t,and the scheme II by 2.54 kgEO/t for the unit.
