摘要
针对污水处理O/O装置预处理池悬浮填料堆积,过水能力受限问题,提出改进的AB工艺(ADMONT)应用措施,可行性通过动力学基础论证。实践结果表明:污水处理O/O装置预处理池悬浮填料堆积堵塞进出水拦网,导致过水能力受限,采用ADMONT工艺以后,预处理池平均处理水量由200~300 m^(3)/h提升至516 m^(3)/h,经O/O装置处理后的废水COD平均去除率达到27.3%,O/O装置整体COD去除率达到91.9%,内控出水按COD≤70 mg/L计,合格率达到100%,运行效果较好。
In this study,aiming at the problems of suspended carrier accumulation and limited water carrying capacity in the pretreatment tank of O/O plant,the application measures of ADMONT process are proposed,and the feasibility is demonstrated through the basis of dynamics.The results show that:the suspended filler in the pretreatment tank of the O/O plant is piled up to block the inlet and outlet water,which leads to the problem of limited water carrying capacity.After adopting ADMONT process,the average water treatment capacity of the pretreatment tank is increased from 200-300 m^(3)/h to 516 m^(3)/h.The average COD removal rate of wastewater treated by O/O plant is 27.3%,and the overall COD removal rate of O/O plant is 91.9%.If the internal control effluent COD is less than 70mg/L,the qualified rate is 100%,and the operation effect is good.
