摘要
采用教练员领导行为量表、群体环境问卷、训练比赛满意感量表及运动成绩测量问卷,对网球运动员进行调查,探讨群体凝聚力与训练比赛满意感在教练员领导行为与网球运动员运动成绩中的关系产生的作用机制。结果表明:群众任务吸引、训练比赛满意感在民主型领导行为对运动成绩影响中存在链式中介效应;民主型领导行为能够通过群体凝聚力与训练比赛满意感对运动成绩产生影响,群体凝聚力与训练比赛满意感存在中介效应;所构建的链式中介模型在一定程度上能够解释网球教练员领导行为对运动成绩的作用机制,教练员民主型的领导方式通过影响群体任务吸引和网球训练比赛满意感影响比赛成绩。
This paper investigated tennis players with the coach leadership behavior scale,the group environment questionnaire,the training competition satisfaction scale and the sports performance measurement questionnaire,and discussed the relationship and internal mechanism between the group cohesion and training competition satisfaction.The results show that:Mass task attraction and training competition satisfaction have a chain-like mediating effect in the influence of democratic leadership on sports performance;Democratic leadership behavior can affect sports performance through group cohesion and training competition satisfaction,there is an intermediary effect between group cohesion and training competition satisfaction;The chain intermediary model constructed in this study can explain the mechanism of tennis coaches’leadership behavior on sports performance to a certain extent,The democratic leadership style of coaches affects game performance by influencing group task attraction and tennis training game satisfaction.
