摘要
针对生产系统因生产异常导致的产品质量特征均值偏移,提出了设备状态与预防性维护周期相结合的预防维护策略,运用抽样监测产品质量绘制的均值控制图来判断机器设备的状态,考虑不同设备更新状况下包括抽样费用、维护费用、质量损失费用和停机损失费用的总费用,以单位时间期望总费用最小为目标函数,预防性维护周期与均值控制图参数(样本量、抽样间隔及控制系数)为决策变量建立模型。运用差分进化算法对模型求解以验证其可行性,并利用灵敏度分析方法验证决策模型的有效性。联合产品质量与预防性维护的决策模型更加符合生产系统的实际情况,有效提高经济效益。
Aiming at the production system where the mean value of product quality characteristics was shifted due to abnormal production,a preventive maintenance strategy was proposed by considering the combination of equipment status and preventive maintenance cycle.Using the mean value control chart to monitor the product quality to judge the status of the machine and equipment,the total cost of sampling costs,maintenance costs,quality loss costs and downtime loss costs was considered under different equipment update conditions.Taking the minimum expected total cost as the objective function,the preventive maintenance period and the parameters of the mean control chart(sample size,sampling interval,and control coefficient)were used as decision variables to establish a model.The differential evolution algorithm was used to solve the model to verify the feasibility,and the sensitivity analysis method was used to verify the validity of the decision-making model.The decision model that combined product quality and preventive maintenance was more in line with the actual situation of the production system and improved the economic benefits of the production system.
