摘要 为贯彻国家“藏粮于技”的粮食安全发展战略和智能化背景下学科建设与人才培养要求。文章围绕以粮食科技人才培养为顶层目标,依托南京财经大学在粮食行业中的专业特色,探索了以智能化导向为前提,面向行业需求构建粮食工程专业开放融合、智能化教学、第一课堂与第二课堂协同育人的人才培养模式,旨在为新工科背景下粮食科技人才培养模式的创新提供借鉴与参考。 In order to implement the grain storage security strategy of"Grain Storage Technology"and the requirements for discipline construction and the demand for talent training under the intelligent orientation,this paper focuses on the cultivation of food science and technology talents as the top-level goal,relying on the professional characteristics of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in the food industry.Under the background of intelligent orientation,grain engineering build an open integration,intelligent teaching,and collaborative education of the first classroom and the second classroom of training model,and provided ideas and references for the innovation of food science and technology talent training mode under the background of new engineering.
