摘要
国产SPE 606S全自动大体积固相萃取仪,基于国内目前大体积水样前处理面临的问题,引进国外先进部件,结合国内用户需求和市场反馈而设计。仪器在0.1ug/L加标水平下,8种有机氯农药的回收率在73.7%-108.1%之间,仪器同一个通道的重现性RSD(n=5)在1.2%-7.6%之间,仪器六个通道间的平行性RSD在1.7%-8.3%之间。该仪器平行性好,自动化效率高,为大体积水样的前处理提供了极大便利。
Domestic SPE 606S automatic large volume solid phase extraction,based on the current domestic large volume water sample pretreatment problems,the introduction of foreign advanced components,combined with domestic user needs and market feedback and design.At the standard level of 0.1ug/L,the recoveries of 8 organochlorine pesticides ranged from 77.6%-105.0%.The reproducibility RSDs(n=5)for the same channel of the instrument ranged from 1.2%-7.6%,and the reproducibility RSDs among the six channels of the instrument ranged from 1.7%-8.3%.The method has good parallelism and high automation efficiency,which provides great convenience for the pretreatment of large volume water samples.
