“一体化”班医学生临床毕业实习情况调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解首届成都中医药大学临床医学“一体化”班上海班30位同学毕业实习情况的现状,为今后进一步提高“一体化”班毕业实习质量提供参考。方法:本研究采用问卷调查方法。对首届成都中医药大学临床医学“一体化”班上海班30位实习同学和承担实习带教任务的43位老师进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果:问卷结果显示,首届成都中医药大学临床医学“一体化”班上海班学生满意度和带教老师满意度都较高。结论:临床毕业实习质量的提高受多重因素的影响,未来可采用更多途径激发同学的实习热情,加强实习带教教师队伍建设,扩宽毕业实习形式,不断提高实习带教质量。 Objective:To understand the current situation of graduation practice of 30 students from Shanghai class of the first“integration”clinical medicine class of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide reference for further improving the quality of graduation practice of the“integrated”class in the future.Methods:Questionnaire survey was used in this study.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 30 interns from class Shanghai of the first clinical medicine“integration”class of chengdu University of Chinese Medicine and 44 teachers undertaking internship and teaching tasks of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine,and the survey results were analyzed.Results:According to the survey results,the students’satisfaction and the teachers’satisfaction in the first“integrative”clinical medicine class of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were both high.Conclusion:The improvement of clinical graduation practice quality is affected by multiple factors.In the future,more ways can be adopted to stimulate students’enthusiasm for internship,strengthen the construction of the teaching tutor team,expand the form of graduation practice,and constantly improve the quality of internship teaching.
