摘要
针对虎龙沟煤矿主斜井皮带运输机人工巡检中存在的问题,提供了一种智能巡检机器人,对该装置的结构、原理、方法进行了分析。将该装置在虎龙沟煤矿ST/S5400型皮带运输机上进行了实践应用,效果理想,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。
In view of the problems in the manual inspection of the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of Hulonggou coal mine, an intelligent inspection robot is provided, and the structure, principle and method of the device are analyzed. The device was applied to the ST/S5400 belt conveyor in Hulonggou coal mine, and the results were satisfactory, which created good safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
