摘要
为进一步提升采煤机喷雾系统对工作面粉尘、煤尘的降尘效果,在对采煤机喷雾系统降尘机理和方式研究的基础上,重点从提升喷雾系统雾化效果的角度出发对喷嘴结构尺寸进行优化,主要对喷嘴口径、喷嘴内腔直径、旋流角以及针阀的布置位置四项参数进行优化,并对不同参数下对应的雾滴的扩散角和内部流场速度进行对比,最终达到提升雾化效果和降尘效率的目的。
In order to further reduce the reduction effect of the coal miner spray system on the working surface dust and coal dust,based on the research of the dust removal mechanism and method of improving the atomization effect of the spray system.Four parameters of nozzle diameter,nozzle cavity diameter,cyclone angle and arrangement position of needle valve are mainly optimized.The diffusion angle and the internal flow field velocity under different parameters are compared to improve the atomization effect and dust removal efficiency.
