摘要
【目的】探讨利拉鲁肽联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(Nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)患者的临床疗效。【方法】选取2017年8月至2019年8月在西安市第五医院诊治的76例NP-DR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组给予利拉鲁联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后黄斑区视网膜厚度、血液流变学指标及血脂各项指标水平。【结果】观察组患者总有效率为92.11%(35/38),显著高于对照组的68.42%(26/38),其差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.728,P=0.009);治疗后,血液流变学各项指标水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组黄斑区视网膜厚度明显减少,且观察组显著低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】利拉鲁肽联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗NPDR临床疗效更为显著,能有效缓解患者病情恶化,改善血脂和血流动力学情况,值得临床推广应用。
【Objective】To investigate the effect of rilaluptide combined with calcium dobesilate on inflammation and hemodynamics in patients with non-proliferative type 2 diabetic retinopathy.【Methods】Seventy-six patients with non-proliferative type 2 diabetic retinopathy admitted to Xian Fifth Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(with 38 cases each).The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,while the observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with calcium dobesilate.The changes of macular retinal thickness,hemorheology index and blood lipids metabolism before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.11%vs 68.42%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemorheology indexes were lower than before treatment.The whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The retinal thickness of the macular area was significantly reduced after treatment.The retinal thickness of the macular area in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The clinical effect of rilaluptide combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of nonproliferative type 2 diabetes has advantage,which can effectively alleviate the deterioration of the disease,reduce the damage of inflammatory factors and improve hemodynamics.
