柔性断丝技术在细支卷烟生产中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 为解决细支卷烟在生产过程中出现的烟支质量和吸阻波动大、空头率高等问题,对比分析了常规切丝技术和柔性断丝技术两种模式在细支卷烟生产中的应用效果。与常规切丝技术相比较:(1)柔性断丝技术能够在保证碎丝率可控的前提下,降低长丝率,提升中短丝比例,冷却定型(VAS)工序后的烟丝长丝率降低约7百分点,卷接工序后的长丝率下降幅度最为明显。(2)风选环节中梗签剔除量上升27.04%,卷烟成品中的残次品剔除量由0.35 kg/箱下降至0.26 kg/箱,降幅为25.71%,并减少了设备停机次数。(3)卷制后烟支单支质量和吸阻的标偏降幅均超过10%,硬度提升约4百分点;烟支轴向填充密度及其均匀性得到提高,均匀性系数由0.0088下降至0.0049,因密度异常引起的燃烧锥落头率由0.051%下降至0.021%,降幅为58.8%;(4)烟支抽吸口数及烟气化学成分均值都略有增加。该研究结果可为提升细支卷烟工艺品质、降低生产消耗提供支持。 In order to reduce the fluctuations of stick weight,draw resistance and loose end percentages during slim cigarette manufacturing,the effects of conventional tobacco cutting and flexible cutting technologies in the production were comparatively analyzed.Comparing with the conventional cutting technology:1)Flexible cutting technology reduced the proportion of long tobacco strands and promoted the proportions of medium and short strands under the premise to control short strand proportion.After the VAS procedure,the proportion of long strands decreased by about 7 percentage points,and the decrease occurred most obviously after making and tipping procedures.2)The amount of stems rejected by the pneumatic separation procedure increased by27.04%,the rejection amount of defective products from the finished cigarettes was reduced from 0.35 kg/case to 0.26 kg/case,with a drop of 25.71%,and the frequency of machine shutdown decreased accordingly.3)The drops of standard deviations of the stick weight and draw resistance of the finished cigarettes were more than10%,and the cigarette hardness increased by about 4 percentage points.The axial filling density and uniformity of cigarettes were improved,and the uniformity coefficient decreased from 0.0088 to 0.0049.The burning cone fallout rate caused by abnormal density decreased from 0.051%to 0.021%,with a drop of 58.8%.4)Both the puff number and the average contents of chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke increased slightly.These results provided useful insights for promoting the quality of slim cigarettes and reducing production consumption.
