摘要
粗脂肪含量是评价产品品质的重要依据。本文分别采用油重法和残余法测定小米、玉米、鱼粉、肉粉、花生、核桃6种样品的脂肪含量,结果表明:两种方法均具有良好的重现性与准确度,一定程度上可以互相代替使用。
The crude fat content is an important basis for evaluating product quality.In this paper,the fat content of millet,corn,fish meal,meat meal,peanut and walnut was determined by oil weight method and residue method,respectively.The results showed that the two methods both had good reproducibility and accuracy,and could be substituted by for each other to a certain extent.
