摘要
有机氯农药(OCP)是常见的内分泌干扰物和持久性环境污染物。这类农药(滴滴涕、狄氏剂、林丹等)被视为对人类健康最有威胁的化学品之一,确定它们对环境安全和人类健康的潜在危害是一项相当大的挑战。不良结局通路(Adverse outcome pathway,AOP)是近年发展的风险评估中的一个重要概念,旨在支持将通路特定的机理数据转化为与评估和管理化学品对人类健康和环境的风险相关的响应。通过整合来自人类和动物的数据及已公布的AOP信息,分析总结了OCP相关端点的AOP框架,确定了风险评估需要关注的领域。
Organochlorine pesticides(OCP) are common endocrine disruptors and persistent environmental pollutants.Such pesticides(DDT, dieldrin, lindane, etc.) are considered as ones of the most dangerous chemicals to human health, and the identification of their potential hazards to environmental safety and human health is a considerable challenge. Adverse Outcome Pathway(AOP) is an important concept in risk assessment designed to support the translation of path-specific mechanism data into responses relevant to the assessment and management of chemical risks to human health and the environment. By integrating data from humans and animals with published AOP information, this paper analyzes and summarizes the AOP framework for OCP-related endpoints and identifies areas of concern for risk assessment.
