国产500 kV串补跨洲际大修方案的制定与实施 被引量:2

摘要 2016年5月18日,国家电网公司首个海外大型绿地输电特许权项目—巴西特里斯皮尔斯输电项目顺利投运。项目中在500 kV Paranaita变电站和500 kV RioVerde变电站投运的5套500 kV串联电容器补偿成套装置是我国迄今为止已投入商业运营、加装装置套数最多、工程量最大、累计容量最大的海外串联电容器补偿工程。经过首个设备大修周期的稳定运行后,2019年中、巴双方紧密合作分批次对这5套串补装置按计划开展了跨洲际协同大修工作。本次计划性大修针对装置技术特点、历年运维检修记录制订了严格的大修方案,最终按计划完成全部大修工作,检验了全部设备的关键性能,消除了串补装置的运行隐患,为下一个大检周期的安全稳定运行奠定了基础。 On May 18,2016,the first large-scale overseas green field power transmission concession project of State Grid Cooperation of China,the Brazilian Tries Pierce Power Transmission Project,was successfully put into operation.So far,the 5 sets of 500 kV series compensation capacitor complete sets("SC"for short)operated at 500 kV Paranaita substation and 500 kV Rio Verde substation is our series capacitor compensation project abroad in commercial operation,with the largest number of installed units,the largest project volume and the largest accumulated capacity.After the stable operation of the overhaul cycle of the first equipment,China and Brazil worked closely in 2019 to carry out intercontinental coordinated overhaul work in batches on these 5 sets of SC as planned.As for the planned overhaul this time,the strict overhaul program is made in accordance with the technical feature of the equipment and the operation and maintenance record over the years.The overhaul work has been finished as the plan,the key performance of the whole equipment has been inspected and the potential operation risk of the series compensation device has been eliminated,which lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the next overhaul cycle of the equipment.
