The soil heavy metals in typical areas along the eastern coast of Zhejiang were chosen as objectives, the content and speciation of soil Cd,Pb,Zn and Cu were comprehensive analyzed, the bioavailability and influence factors of soil heavy metals were explored based on the correlation, bioactivity and migration coefficient analyses. The results showed that there were significant differences in the speciation ratio, variability and bioavailability of the heavy metals,Cd had the greatest instability and potential ecological hazard. The impacts of the soil properties on the speciation of the heavy metals were obviously significant, the bioavailability of heavy metals enhanced with the increase of the total concentrations of soil heavy metals and organic matters. The bioavailability of Cd,Pb and Zn increased with the decrease of pH.Cu,Pb and Zn showed greater bioavailability when clay concentration of soil declined. Therefore,in the process of soil pollution prevention and control, the comprehensive evaluation of soil heavy metal total concentrations as well as physical and chemical properties, which had significant correlation with bioavailability of heavy metals, should be considered in the selection of prevention measures, then the remarkable results would present.
