摘要
新时代的劳动教育作为"五育"教育体系之一地位凸显,彰显出独特的立德树人价值。新时代的劳动教育不仅具有强烈的问题导向和丰富的价值,具有明确的内涵和丰富的内容,而且具有形式的多样性和实施的协同性。新时代劳动教育在培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人以及担当民族复兴大任的时代新人中具有价值引领、实践育人和情感化人三位一体的立德树人价值。结合学生身心发展的阶段特质,学校劳动教育应该充分把握日常生活劳动教育、生产劳动教育和服务性劳动教育实施样态的一致性和侧重点,在劳动教育实施的全过程中彰显立德树人的教育价值。
As one of the "Five Domains"of education systems,labor education has revealed its unique value to foster virtue in the new era. Besides strong problem-orientedness,clear connotation and colorful content,labor education in the new era owns a diversity of forms and a synergy of implementation. Furthermore,cultivating socialist builders and successors needs comprehensive development of virtue,intellect,physical fitness and aesthetics,as well as a sense of responsibility of rejuvenating China. Thus,labor education bears the value of moral education with the trinity of value guidance,educating in practice and moving in emotion in this process.Considering the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development at different ages,labor education should grasp the consistency and focus on the implementation modes of daily labor,production labor,and service labor education so as to manifest its educational value.
