摘要
目的:研究瓜蒌皮,瓜蒌籽和瓜蒌根中主要药用成分含量及品种间差异,为瓜蒌新品种的选育提供依据。方法:以原产地为浙江省湖州市、四川省遂宁市、安徽省安庆市的3个瓜蒌品种(GL-1、GL-2、GL-3)为研究对象,分别测定瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌根中多糖和浸出物含量,以及瓜蒌籽中多糖、浸出物、3,29-二苯甲酰基瓜蒌仁三醇和油脂含量。同时,分析光合色素含量与多糖、浸出物和油脂含量的相关性。结果表明:(1)GL-2瓜蒌皮和瓜蒌根浸出物含量、瓜蒌根多糖含量以及瓜蒌籽浸出物和油脂含量显著高于其他2个品种。(2)GL-2瓜蒌籽中3,29-二苯甲酰基瓜蒌仁三醇和多糖含量,瓜蒌皮多糖和叶片中光合色素含量与其他2个品种无显著差异。(3)光合色素含量与多糖、浸出物和油脂含量没有显著相关性。结论:GL-2的综合药用品质优于其他2个品种,具有较大的推广和生产价值。
Objective:The mainly medicinal ingredients contents and the differences among varieties of Trichosanthes rosthornii pericarpium,seed and root were investigated,so as to provide guidance for breeding new varieties of T. rosthorni.Methods:The three T. rosthornii varieties(GL-1,GL-2,GL-3)native to Huzhou city,Zhejiang Province,Suining City,Sichuan Provinve and Anqing City,Anhui Province were used as research objects to determine the contents of polysaccharides and extractions in T. rosthornii pericarpium and roots,as well as the contents of polysaccharides,extractions,3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol and oil in T. rosthornii seeds. At the same time,The correlation of photosynthetic pigment content,polysaccharide,extractions,oil content were analyzed. The results showed that:(1)The extraction contents of pericarpium,root,seed,the content of polysaccharide in root and the content of seed oil of GL-2 were significantly higher than those of the other two varieties.(2)The contents of 3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol and polysaccharide in seed of GL-2 and other two varieties were no significantly difference,there was no significant difference in the content of photosynthetic pigment and T. rosthornii polysaccharide between GL-2 and the other two varieties.(3)There was no significant correlation between photosynthetic pigment content and polysaccharide,extractions and oil content.Conclusion:In summary,the comprehensive medicinal quality of GL-2 is superior to the other two varieties,which is more worthwhile to be promoted and produced.
