摘要
以曹家滩煤矿122109综放工作面为研究对象,利用数值模拟方法分析了该工作面顺、逆风截煤时采煤空间浮游粉尘分布规律,根据分析结果,同时结合工作面设备工况,提出了工作面风流净化技术,并设计了风流净化装置。通过现场试验,结果表明风流净化装置极大地改善了综放面采煤空间环境,对采煤机下风侧10 m、40 m及回风巷内距工作面端头10 m处降尘效率分别达到80.15%、82.02%、86.86%。
Taking 122109 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Caojiatan coal mine as the research object, the distribution law of floating dust in coal mining space was analyzed by using numerical simulation method. According to the analysis results, combined with the working condition of working face equipment, the working face air flow purification technology was put forward, and a air flow purification deviced was designed. Through the field test, the results show that the air purification device greatly improves the mining space environment in fully mechanized top coal caving face, and the dust reduction efficiency of 10 m and 40 m on the downwind side of shearer and 10 m away from the end of working face in return air lane respectively reaches 80.15%, 82.02% and 86.86%.
