摘要
为了解决风水联动除尘器在井下使用中的振动噪声过大的问题,对改进叶片叶形、叶片穿孔和叶片前缘加工锯齿等降噪方法进行了研究。利用逆向工程技术对叶片叶形进行了改进和关键参数优化设计,取得了一定的效果;通过数值模拟分析了通过叶片穿孔和叶片前缘加工锯齿形进行降噪的可行性;制造样机进行了降噪试验,实现将除尘器噪声从119 d B降低至92 d B,对于类似装置降噪具有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problem of excessive vibration and noise when the wind water linkage dust collector was used in the mine, the noise reduction methods such as improving the blade shape,blade perforation and blade front edge processing serration have been studied. Reverse engineering technology was used to improve the blade shape and optimize the design of key parameters, and achieved certain results. Numerical simulation was used to analyze the feasibility of noise reduction through blade perforation and blade leading edge processing sawtooth. The prototype was manufactured and the noise reduction experiment was carried out to reduce the noise of the dust collector from 119 dB to 92 d B. It has certain reference value for the noise reduction of similar devices.
