摘要
通过对原有可伸缩带式输送机卸载部、传动部、储带仓、夹带及卷带装置等机头部件进行受力分析计算,利用联接框架形成一体化结构,并设计了平衡外力的方案和缩短停采线的方案。实现机头部件的无基础化,大大降低前期土建施工成本和施工周期。实现各部件方便高效拆装,提高工作效率,降低工人劳动强度。缩短停采线可提高回采率和资源利用率。
Through the force analysis and calculation of the original retractable belt conveyor unloading part, transmission part, storage bin, belt entrainment and belt winding device and other head components, the connecting frame was used to form an integrated structure, the programs of balance forces and stop mining line were designed. Realizes the non-foundation of the machine head components,greatly reduces the early civil construction cost and construction period. Realizes quick and convenient disassembly and assembly of various components, improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity of workers. Shorten the stop line can improve the recovery rate and resource utilization.
