摘要
医院档案管理是指对医院发展过程中具有价值的信息材料进行详细收集、分类、载录,是医院信息资源最原始、最核心的构成部分。在当前信息化时代,需要建设医院档案管理规范化的新模式,其策略包括建立医院档案管理人才梯队、建立档案管理三级制度、医院档案管理信息化,对推进新医改、健全现代医院管理制度有着重要的作用。
Hospital archives management is the most original and core part of hospital information resources, which collects, classifies and records valuable information materials throughout hospital development. In the current information age, it is necessary to build a new standardized model of hospital archives management. Its strategies include the establishment of talent echelon of hospital archives management, the establishment of three-level system of archives management, and the informatization of hospital archives management. It plays an important role in promoting the new medical reform and improving the modern hospital management system.
